Insurance coverage is applied under riding with fastening the seat belt.

The amount of damage that is not covered or paid for by compensation shall be covered by the renter/driver.
Exemptions of coverage and Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
You are expected to operate the rental car in accordance with Rental Agreement.
It is understood, however, that such coverage as listed and CDW shall not be provided when the rental car is operated as below or when a traffic accident is caused during the rental period under the following situations.
You are to indemnify for any amount, which shall be responsible for you, to ORIX Rent-A-Car immediately.

- "When you ride without fastening seat belt(s)"
- "When you do not report the accident to the police (When you can not get certificate of accident from the police)"
- "When an out-of-court settlement is made without the consent of ORIX Rent-A-Car"
- "When you do not report the accident to the ORIX Rent-A-Car"
- "When used during an unauthorized extended period of rental"
- "When driven by a person other than the driver and/or additionally authorized drivers"
- "Under the influence of alcohol or drugs"
- "When driven by a person who does not hold a valid driving license"
- "Damage/injury of the rental car caused by theft"
- "When driven over the riding capacity"
- "Damage/injury caused by driving the rental car on the seashore or the riverside"
- "Damage/injury caused by reckless driving"
- "Property/effects which are owned, used or kept by the renter/driver"
- "The accident in the site of ORIX Rent-A-Car's office"
- "The accident caused by wrong operation"
- "Loss/damage of the vehicle accessories"
- "Damage/injury caused by inappropriate use/care of the chains or carriers"
- "Flat tires or damage to the tires"
- "Loss of hubcaps"
- "When you violate the terms and conditions of rental agreement"
- "The accident under the no coverage clause of the automobile liability insurance policy"
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) ： (* Not Insurance)
ORIX Rent-A-Car will waive your responsibility for the damage involved, caused by collision or rollover, provided that you accept CDW at additionally nominal fees at the time of rental.
If accidents occur twice or more, CDW shall cover only the first accident. (You are neither to cancel nor to accept CDW during the rental, once you accept or decline it at the time of rental.)

In case of rentals for more than 15 days and up to a month, the CDW fees will be computed at 15 days' rentals.
Insurance coverage will be applied to the bed of dry van. But CDW will not be applied to it.
You are expected to operate the rental car in accordance with Rental Agreement.

- "When you violate the Road Traffic Law"
- "The accident caused by exceeding the speed limit"
- "The accident caused by crossing the center line"
- "The accident caused by disregarding the signal"
- "The accident caused by disregarding the stop sign"
- "The accident caused by disregarding No Right Turns or No U-turns"
